Hi, I’m Ruth.
With 25 years of experience as a secondary school maths teacher, I firmly believe that helping students understand mathematics is my purpose. I have always enjoyed maths and love helping others grasp tricky concepts.
It’s incredibly rewarding to prepare students for their SQA final exams each year. For 16 years, I have been an SQA marker, which gives me unique insight into how marks are awarded.
I also hold a Masters in Education (M.Ed). Alongside my secondary school teaching, I have extensive experience tutoring online, one-to-one, and in group settings.
