Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Maths with Ruth, we are committed to providing the best possible educational experience for all our students. To ensure our classes run smoothly and every student gets the attention they deserve, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies.
1. Monthly Subscriptions (Group Classes)

Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your child's monthly subscription, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your next billing renewal date.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the subscription has automatically renewed will take effect for the following month. You will not be charged again, but the current month's fee is non-refundable.

Missed Classes: As group class spots are limited, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or makeup sessions for individual group classes that a student misses due to illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts.
2. One-to-One Sessions

Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled one-to-one session without prior notice will result in the full fee for that session being charged.
3. Trial Classes
Trial classes are paid upfront at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your trial class, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Trial class fees are non-refundable for no-shows.
